(AUGUSTA, GA) — Ken Reeves has joined E-Z-GO, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, as Vice President, Human Resources. Reeves will be responsible for driving human resources strategy and functional activity at E-Z-GO, and also will support Textron’s human resource-based transformation initiatives as a member of the Textron Human Resources Leadership Team.
Reeves comes to E-Z-GO from Bell Helicopter, where he served as a Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. At Bell, Reeves championed human resources strategy for numerous functions, including Commercial Programs, Government Programs, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Sales, Communications, Mergers and Acquisitions, Engineering and Six Sigma. Reeves also has more than 15 years of leadership experience in human resources with companies such as RadioShack and Reliant Energy.
Before entering the corporate sector, Reeves spent seven years in the National Football League as a professional athlete with the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns.
“Ken brings proven leadership and a wide variety of professional experience and knowledge to E-Z-GO,” said E-Z-GO President Kevin P. Holleran. “His business acumen and HR expertise will be a tremendous asset to E-Z-GO.”

Reeves holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a Masters of Science in human resource training and development from Texas A&M University, and is pursuing a doctorate in Human Resource Training and Development from the institution.
